Malawian
registered
project
developer
with
a
Power
Purchase
Agreement
(“PPA”)
to
develop
and
construct
a
50MWAC
photovoltaic
project
near
Bwengu,
Mzimba
District,
Malawi
(the “Project”) on a 105 hectares piece of land.
The
promoter
signed
partnership
with
two
foreign
project
developers
/fund
namely
Frontier
Energy
–
Denmark
and
Vidullanka PLC – Sri Lanka, thus the consortium for development & investment of the 50MW solar park.
